I want to say that my family truly loved Dr. Zach. He went above and beyond for my toddler. However, the office really dropped the ball, and trusting the front office is so important for proper billing and insurance coverage. Their suggested rescheduling of my daughter’s routine dental cleaning caused my dental insurance not to cover the procedure. They suggested she join my toddler on the same day for cleanings. We have been going here for around ten years and we love Dr Megan, Dr Zack and all the hygienists! Some of our kids are more nervous than others, but they make it a comfortable experience for all. The front desk is friendly and always helpful.
They have been so great with my kids, quick and keep them interested and comfortable!
Dr. Stowers and her entire team are wonderful! They are kind and patient, and they are positive and thorough. They take time to make sure the kids in their care are comfortable, and they explain everything to parents very thoroughly. I cannot speak highly enough of our experiences here, and I would recommend them to anyone.
The staff is always so kind and gentle with my girls ! Megan is the best! My youngest isn’t easy to work with but they are experienced and patient with her which helps put us both at ease each time we visit.
