Megan was very helpful and knowledgeable about our status. She had read the chart and was familiar with current medical procedures of the patient. She consulted with other staff in the organization before giving a final recommendation for treatment, which included a change in medication which she coordinated with the family physician.
I have had only positive interactions with PA's, nurses and physicians at this practice. They are pleasant, treat you with respect as a person, listen and actually HEAR your medical complaints.
