She's friendly and caring. She will take her time and not rush you along. She wants to help resolve and help take care of your needs. I took me a while to feel a connection with her and once we started to really connect everything was Great I am so disappointed they had cutbacks at valley and list 3 of my doctors, cardiologist, GI doctor and most of all PCP.
