I wish I could give this place a 100/5 star rating! The customer service—whether in-store, online, or over the phone—is outstanding. The products are carefully curated, and you can feel the attention to detail in every item. Every visit turns into a great conversation with the staff, which I always look forward to. I absolutely love Megan & Co.!
Just, WOW!! I have never received such good customer service! I purchased some face cream from one of the stores that carries their products. The store didn't have it in stock but said that they would ship it to me when they got more in, so I made the purchase. Several weeks later, I hadn't received it and couldn't find contact information for the store, so I reached out to Megan & CO, to get the contact info. I first visited Megan & Co. to check out their crystals! I then became obsessed with their tea. I started asking more questions about alternatives to medicines, and all natural facial products, and have incorporated their products into my daily life. The staff is so knowledgeable and their products can’t be beat!
Opening on time would be nice.
