My son was evaluated by Dr. Marsh in at age 12 in 2017. She did a full day testing, as well as a visit to my son’s school. She never provided the diagnosis or any written assessment of my son. She took my $3,500 and ran. I successfully sued her and she was ordered to reimburse me the full cost, $3,500 plus court fees. She has yet to reimburse any money to me to date.
