Horrible bedside manners! Reprimanded my elderly mother for being "on time".... her appointment was at 8 yet expected to arrive 15 minutes early for precheck.... which she completed on line beforehand, therefore she arrived at 8. Granted this doctor is always usually late to her appointments yet my mom doesn't shame her. She made her feel terrible about it!!! I am so glad that I found Dr. Modenos! She is super smart, has a great education, and a kind soul. She’s been helping me navigate some complex medical issues with a lot of different specialists. I really appreciate how she shows compassion for her patients and also understands the insurance and medical billing world and helps to work with those constraints. I highly recommend her!
