I’m pretty disappointed and discouraged right now with even wanting to continue services here. Being a client with my furbaby and asking questions to get attitude and rudeness to something that 1. Shouldn’t have happened and 2. The staff should have been more careful But yet the staff said it doesn’t matter it’s just a urine kit. Well to me it mattered and I’m sure the other client that had their names on the baggy that had the kit in it for MY furbaby would have been happy to to get call with someone else’s information. Terrible. Vets were good even though it was short staffed and felt rushed, BUT the office manager Amanda and front desk staff completely suck. Tried to get this billing issue handled at the time of appointment / in office but the front desk gal was far from helpful and let me know I would eventually get a call from the “Office Manager”, Amanda. When they call to discuss any issue, YOU WILL TALK IN CIRCLES. Amanda started with “what’s the issue” even though she had pictures, texts and a full email discussing my issue. She sou... read more
The BEST!!! I can't say enough good things about these folks!!! Not only do they care about your animal, but they care about you!!! I was, of course, very emotional about my dog's condition when I arrived. However, when I met with Dr. Weird, she immediately made ME feel better!! She was just calm, caring and understanding. Update: My baby dog (and I) are doing MUCH BETTER now. So...my advice is....STOP SEARCHING!!! GO HERE!!! Thank you to all of the doctors and staff at Legacy. Y'all are AMAZING.
