I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for what should have been a simple paddle shifter replacement, but things went downhill quickly. Right from the start, the owner was rude and made it very clear that the price was $150 and not to negotiate, which felt unprofessional. The installation itself took about 3 hours, which already seemed excessive. Came in for a simple paddle shifter install and left with a transmission warning light that wasn’t there before. The owner blamed my brand-new parts, said it would cost double to remove them, then came back and said he could fix it—but still charged double anyway. Very unprofessional experience.
