I brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia in with a brake/IBS issue. They took the job (credit for that), but everything else was a mess: a month of delays while my car sat on the street, a hidden $75 parking ticket, 76 miles put on my car, rude treatment, filthy interior, and a padded “diagnosis” bill that left the brakes locked in service mode.
