We are a 9,000 sq foot fitness facility with state of the art Life Fitness equipment, cardio equipment, Life Fitness selectorized equipment, Hammer strength equipment, free weights and 5-100lb dumbbells. This is a great place to work out. New sturdy equipment. Friendly staff, that is eager to help and make you feel at home. Four seperate rooms to workout in (Cardio, Free weights and dumbells, Hammer Strength room, and Machine and cable room). Protein and supplements that you need. Just an overall great place to work out wheter you are a man or a woman. You will feel comfortable working out there.
