I had an amazing experience at Mega Fit in Glendale! From start to finish, every part of the process was seamlessly easy. The owner Rita was incredibly responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I was super intimidated coming here, but I live a couple blocks away and thought I would give it a shot. Everyone in the classes is super fit and knows exactly what they’re doing but Helene and Laura have been super supportive and awesome teachers. Already I’m noticing a change in my body and I’m starting to get the hang of all the moves.

The instructor was very encouraging and helpful. Shoutout to Anna! Transitions were smooth and encouragement was given throughout the entire session. I probably would've given up if I wasn't given the motivation lol

I have mixed feelings. I went to a class today for the first time. It was challenging— too challenging. They should really have a beginner class where everything goes at a slower pace or where they give you a full hour to account for the newness of the machine. I give 3 stars nonetheless because my instructor was kind and helpful; she did spend 5 minutes explaining equipment to me before class, but that happened more happenstance and I was told I would need to buy socks with grip in while the class was in session.
