Worked with Tony from Megacity on a time-sensitive issue with our furnace. He came out after hours to diagnose the problem and quickly helped us find the right replacement and arrange installation. He was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t left without heat. Really appreciated the quick turnaround and great service!
I’m so happy that I hired Megacity to replace my furnace in an emergency winter break-down situation. Much appreciated, I can't say how much we value Megacity Heating. My senior parents hot water heater broke down. Tony arrived within 1/2 hr was very upfront on the options. We had the work done same day. They cleaned up after they were done too! Note: we had the furnace replaced by Megacity years prior. With the same optimal service.
Our furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year, the temperature in our house started plummeting, and we were worried about the pipes freezing. Thankfully Mark from Mega City Heating & AC was able to inspect it that day, figured out what was wrong, and helped us review our options. He came back the next morning to fully replace our old, worn-out furnace and did an amazing job!! Tony and his team always respond to my calls regarding heating issues, and send technicians quickly. Always answer my questions. Mark was sent to replace our Navien unit with a brand new one as we had no heat. (he did not leave until the heat was working, he stayed until 9 pm), he left our furnace room cleaner than it was when he and his partner arrived. It was a very positive experience.
