Today we had service from Mega City Hvac. The technicians Mark and Glenn were excellent. Professional. Courteous. Patient. And very good at their trade. They provided an explanation along the way for everything they were doing - great communication. Thank you Mark, Glenn and Tony.

Today I had my whole system of heating and cooling system replaced. The people from Megacity, especially, Mark, has done a superb job. It definitely was not an easy task for Mark, or for any HAVC technician for that matter, having to untangle/rewire old wirings, lay out new ones for new equipment. To say they did an excellent job would be an understatement. I am very happy with their job.
