They cancelled our booked trip shortly before departure. It was not rescheduled automatically. The customer service rep at the station could not help us. In the end we had to pay for the next departure. What an arrogant company.
I booked a Megabus ticket from Toronto Pearson International (YYZ) for my mother-in-law. The scheduled departure time is 2:30 PM. She arrives at before the scheduled time, yet the bus has already left early. There are no alternative transport arrangements offered, no assistance, and absolutely no accountability from Megabus staff. As a result, I have to drive to the airport myself to pick her up—a 5.5-hour round trip that is costly, stressful, and completely unnecessary if Megabus simply honored the scheduled departure time.... read more
Booked a wrong date for my trip to Niagara Falls from Toronto with my partner and her grandparents by mistake. I have nothing but appreciation and so grateful that we’re all getting the help by one of the employee who let us in for the trip as we only have one day to go to Niagara Falls before we go back to Vancouver the next day.
