One of the worst buses I've ever taken. During my Megabus trip to Montreal, there were leaks inside the bus.
Expect to get stranded. I was left stranded for a “baggage policy” violation, customer service sent me the policy in writing. When I proved to them my baggage did in fact meet their standard, they just said “oh yes your right but we will not refund you as we do not accept this baggage type even if it meets the luggage policy”. Very easy dispute to resolve but due to their lack of judgment and customer service I will never use their service again.
Very poor customer service literally had to wait for 1 hours
