More uncomfortable than other buses, no rules about cell phone use so I got to listen to someones loud speakerphone convo. Not abusive like Orleans Express but I would prefer not to take Megabus if I didnt have to
I have taken Mega bus several times from kingston to toronto and every single time I had long long delays,not even informing of the reason or a single apologie !!! Not having a good or responsive costomer service, and last time I had ride ,the rain was coming in from the top of the window and made the seat all wet. Unbelievably bad service
