Megabus canceled two of my bookings out of nowhere: no SMS, no email, nothing. I only found out when it was already too late to make other plans in time. When I called support, I was on the phone for 20 minutes just to be offered a $16 CAD voucher. That's it. No actual refund. Because of this I had to scramble and book a last-minute Flixbus ticket for $85 CAD just to get where I needed to go.
