always always always late. i have used megabus over 20 times and majority of the time it gets delayed. currently waiting to leave on a bus even though we were supposed to leave over an hour ago. the bus is here but we can’t leave because there is no driver yet. if i could give them 0 stars i would
I noticed two days before my trip to Toronto that I had accidentally put the wrong pick up point on my reservations ( I had put Elgin Hall at Western instead of Canadian tire on Wellington)so I called hoping to get it switched over and they wanted to charge me an extra $33 to change the pick up point! Seriously? The only good thing about using Mega bus was the driver Rick who was awesome! Last time I used mega bus the bus broke down just outside of London!
I was scheduled to leave Toronto at 1:15pm today, and got an email that morning saying my bus was cancelled and to reschedule for no charge (bare minimum btw). However, the only option was a bus that left around midnight. I spoke to the guy at the front desk who told me to call for a refund, I called and they refused as I was given the option to reschedule. Driver said technical failure with bus and left us 40 mins away from where we started with. Should have checked the bus first
DO NOT use this bus company. They left my wife stranded twice. Cancelling the bus 10 mins before it was supposed to leave. They are awful.
