AC is not working in the whole bus on a VERY hot day for a 7 hour trip! Unacceptable!
This bus service is not flexible and inconsiderate of the needs of their riders. I booked 2 tickets for a bus on BusBud. There was no option to select my seats, so I bought the tickets and then called Megabus to ask to pay to upgrade for the larger seats to accommodate my disability. I was happy to pay for them, but the service rep told me it wasn't possible. The seats were not sold, I had the money and the bus didn't depart for another hour. Continuously late. Doesn't provide refund when late, isn't empathetic one bit about the delay caused to you. Horrible service. What if people need to go to the airport? What if it's extreme winter weather outside and people have to wait? One time, my bus to work was delayed by 1.5 hours and calling the customer service was equaloy a horrible experience. It’s my worst first experience in megabus. No facilities are being provided , charged more than $80 for one way trip to niagara for two. Bus seats are in bad condition and no refund policy for cancellation of tickets. It took me more than 4 hours to reach there although promise time was for 1 and half hour.
1 hour and 15 minutes delay. Never using Megabus again. Horrible customer service.
