Absolutely terrible experience - bus driver shouting at clients waiting in line collecting suitcases. Later, she put our suitcases carelessly into a dirty luggage room making them very dirty and scratching/damaging also my suitcase. Driver badly dressed and behaving even worse. Totally unprofessional. Avoid and book FLIXbus. (Niagara Falls - Toronto, June 13, departure at 12:00).
We had 2 completely opposite experiences with Megabus from Mississauga ON to Kingston ON , on May 30 . The first one was horrifying where my daughter travelling to Queen's University Kingston ,was left stranded by bus driver at Trenton convenience store where they briefly stopped . How can the driver just drive off without noticing a missing passenger when there are only 4-5 passengers on the bus and when this passenger was sitting just 2-3 rows behind the driver ! I have been using Megabus every other weekend for the past 2 years. Today my bus was leaving at 11:15. I got here at 11:15. Bus driver saw me but didn't open the gate. I have seen bus drivers waiting for customers. Bus drivers are always late and we as customers always have to wait. Flixbus takes longer from London to Toronto but service is much better. Never using Megabus again.
