What a disgusting man in charge there,was pushy and abusive because I sprayed wheel cleaner on my wheels,avoid this place like the plague. Use the car wash on Brisbane road instead,has way better pressure anyway.

Do not go here. Absolutely the worst experience of my life. “Owner” came out so aggressive and rude yelling at me for using a cloth, I paid $20 and the timer is continuously ticking as I’m using the water gun and cloth. I did not stop start the machine with separate payments. Sometimes the dirt needs to be hand washed off. I’m not there to rip him off but use the time and mine wisely and in one purchase. Early this morning, I went there for the first time to wash my car using the self-service equipment. However, a man in his 50s–60s, who called himself the the owner of equipment, treated me in a very rude and aggressive way about how to use it, to the point that I had to stop washing my car halfway through. As a customer, I would never return to a place that treats people like this.

Never going back. Used the drive through auto wash $20. Didn't make a difference. I drove back to have Andrew the attendant feel the dust on my bonnet and see the dried dirty water spots all over my windows. He was lovely offered me to come back the next day and he would hand wash it. He said a lot of people came back as not happy with the results or lack of. Apparently the owner doesn't care. Do not use this auto wash service, boo!! :(
