Damaged my vehicle. Had me fill out an incident report, no word and all back. Also vacuums barely work. Big nope for me.
My fiance, and I had went to Mega Wash on September 2, 2025. The attendant was helpful in placing our car wash order. No issues there, but after the car wash, we pulled up to the chain link to use their vacuum. Nobody came to unlock the chain. There was another attendant disposing of the trash resepticles. He noticed us sitting there, as he walked passed our car. Later, spent money to use another vacuum. Free vacuum with wash? Not for us apparently. 3/5 stars.
No vacuums. Weak wash.
Great carwash but a little spendy
Fast in and out and my Car was like new.
