I moved my mobile rv here in April 2024 . I was I paid three months ahead. I had to take my mobile to the rv shop in May 1-13 so my mobile wasn’t in my storage spot for a few weeks. Never had a problem getting our trailer in and out. Also I do feel the trailer is safe and secure there. We have been storing ours there for about a year now. So far so good.
