If you are serious about getting your carpet or upholstery cleaned, then keep these guys away! They got soapy residue all over my wood flooring, making a mess of the entire room. Sofa still stinks of chemical they used and it rubs onto my clothing and blankets. House guests have complained. I expressed concerns to owner at the time and he didn't care. I normally use ******* *******and I literally regret it every day.
We used Mega Steam to clean our bedroom and hallway carpets in December 2019. Luis was prompt, friendly and courteous, and did a thorough job. When a spot appeared two months later, Luis returned at no charge and hand treated the area, removing the spot. We would definitely use Mega Steam again.
