Excellent workmanship and very reasonable pricing. New home had a drain leak in the slab. Donnie gave a clear estimate and straightforward plan. Everything went great.
Had a leak on the outside of my house and Donnie came to fix it so quickly. He was very kind and so helpful with all of my questions. He made a potentially very stressful situation as painless as possible. Will be using Mega Star Plumbing from now on and recommending to all friends and family!
One of the few plumbing companies my home insurance uses. So they don't do insurance jobs on weekends because the insurance company doesn't pay overtime. So I have to wait for my insurance company to find another plumber, and my family is without the means of using our restroom all of Saturday and maybe Sunday also. Classic money over customer service and probably quality of service also.
Had two experiences with them. They fixed my main line stoppage fine. But when they "fixed" my sink in kitchen they didn't put the sink pipes back together right. Now my floors are ruined and cabinets are warped and have to file insurance claim. Only use them because my home warranty makes me. I attempted to contact them regarding this but I always get voicemail and no call back.
Excellent service, fixed our issues immediately, highly highly recommend!!
