Narelle and Darren are awesome. From the explanation of what would suit me to the installation, I cannot say enough good things. Very professional and great people to boot. This type of customer service is unheard of these days. Don’t buy until you meet these people.

After extensive shopping around we settled on the Hydro Max 234 2 seater spa as it suited our needs exactly. My experience in dealing with Narelle and the install team was easy and she/they was able to answer all my questions straight away. We've been using the spa about a week and a half and couldn't be happier with it. I confess to being delighted to be offered the show discount package without having to go to the show. Descent products and great customer service.
The lady working here was very nice, informative and helpful, we decided not to buy a SapA yet and go with a more temporary inflatable option in the short time, see if we like it. When it comes to our robust spa, we will come back. Only thing I would suggest is a more visible sign from the road, as we struggled to find the store.
