My friend and I were looking for a location to meet and catch up for a couple hours. I googled places that would be a similar distance for us to meet at and chose Mega Smoothie. I did not realize was that this is inside a Sports Complex! I will say that was my fault for not doing thorough research but beware this is not a good place to go to relax and chat. Came here after a workout thinking I was going to get a healthy smoothie. Turns out it’s just syrup and dehydrated fruit with ice. Seems like 0 nutritional value to me.
Mega Smoothie in Homer Glen is one of my favorite spots. The smoothies are incredible and the owner, Rob is awesome. Since it’s inside the Megaplex Sports Center, It’s also a convenient location to get some post workout nutrition. My favorites are the strawberry smoothie and peanut butter cup meal replacement. Would definitely recommend!
