2 stars , only due to the fact that the people are super nice. But the profit they think they need is ridiculous. My wife needed to sell her iphone 15 plus . On ebay they are going for 475-600 , I know profit is needed but they are giving 250 in cash ! And selling them for 559!!! That's a rip off . If you wanna sell don't go here at all. But buying , and customer service is ok.
