I came here for a simple nail removal after seeing the positive reviews, but my experience was disappointing. The technician seemed unsure of what she was doing, and the other staff stood back and watched her struggle instead of offering help. I could tell she was trying her best, so I still left her a generous tip. However, the lack of support from the other staff made the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. I left knowing I would not return.
i made a reservation but it still functioned on first come first served basis so i got seated like 10 mins after my appointment. my gel nails turned out pretty good and the tech was nice/not pressuring me to chat. you have the option to pay and tip via credit card

Mia slayed my gel x set! literally the most beautiful set I've gotten so far, she completely understood the assignment even despite my vague description will be booking with her for any of my future nail appointments.
Highly recommend. Chose this place because it's close to SJC and needed a quick pedi. The technician was kind, gentle and highly skilled in nail care. About 2.5 weeks later and my toes still look cute and well manicured. Will be coming back next time I'm in the Bay!
