I went here today to get gel x cat eye but it doesn’t look like cat eye at all and when I shared with them they said I chose the color like this thats why its not showing cat eye?? I chose the color from their color plate, so I am not sure how is this my fault? I do not like the way they just put it on the color if this color wont show the cat eye it should not be part of the color plate to choose from.. very disappointed..!!
Don’t recommend it, staff are always on the phone while doing their jobs. Worst pedicures, Pricy for the service
They make up prices on the fly by seeing how you are carrying yourself. On their website the prices are mentioned clearly but their greed to fetch more from clients never ends. Extremely unprofessional, especially manager lady. I am not gonna return.
I got the prettiest Gel X set done by Trinh. It was super busy when I went in, and all the techs were with customers, but the manager and staff were very considerate while I waited and got to me as soon as they could! I could tell the techs were very efficient and did beautiful work. I got a pretty complicated design that turned out beautifully, and I peeked at the girl’s nails next to me, the tech was hand-painting an intricate, gorgeous design with chrome powder and a fine brush.
