Was on a week long road trip with a group and had a rear tire blowout on 23 Street Glide 45 miles away from Mega Motorsports. Called and the team not only had a tire, but was able to fit us in as soon as we plugged it and showed up an hour from closing. Zach and Matt were able to get us right in and replace the tire in just over an hour and we were back in the road without issues! From start to finish they made the process extremely easy! Traded a bike and received a very reasonable offer for mine right at the start. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and ensure things went smooth and quick. Excellent power sports dealership!
The service side is absolute crap. Brought our 23 rzr 1000 in for a clutch issue. We had just bought it in May . We don’t and haven’t used it a lot since it has had issues . They didn’t look at it. Falsified customer concern .said we claimed there was wear and tear . But we 100% said it was driving then at a stop sign popped and won’t go into gear. They told us we had excessive clutch wear. Mega Motorsports and Chris Hunsucker are hands down the best. I wanted to buy three 4-wheelers for my 3 grandsons. Chris didn't have them in stock but said he would find them. Within the week Chris called and not only located the 4-wheelers but they were at Mega, assembled, and ready to be picked up. These 3 boys have hardly been off these machines except to eat and sleep. KAYO 125 PREDATOR. Seems to be a very solid machine. I will 100% buy from Chris Hunsucker and Mega Motorsports. 5 STAR!!!!!!!
