I find car buying very stressful. We came to Mega Motors after visiting many other dealerships. Jon was so calm, zero pressure, and down-to-earth. It was the first time I felt like I could take a breath in the whole process. We would definitely buy from Mega Motors again.
Not really sure how many stars to give as I was only inquiring about a car that really caught my eye. I had reached out a couple times, first response was in a timely manner, however the second time I reached out (over a week ago now) I never got a response. I was willing to drive 4 hours away to come look at this vehicle and potentially purchase. However this changed my mind, and in my opinion it’s very unprofessional to not get back to someone who’s willing to purchase a car from your dealership.
Bought a car from them 2.5 years ago, they were very honest during the sales process, they took care of me when I needed them afterwards, and actually the car still runs perfectly! Highly recommended
