I had the best car buying experience. It was actually a pleasant experience unlike going to big car dealerships. There was no pressure. My salesperson's name was Levon. He was very nice and soft spoken. He was respectful and not pushy. He was so helpful. I purchased an electric vehicle and there was no charger in the car so he ordered one and paid for it and it was there the next day. My sister bought a car from here because she recently had a new addition to the family. The car has been having issues since and we tried to go back for them to help make it right. They gave her a car with a messed up catalytic converter and they refuse to take the car back. To fix the car it costs $3,000+ and they knew the car had that issue and still sold it to her. Avoid this place and save yourself a potential headache.
Best car buying experience ever!!! I came in with the specific plan of stacking Federal and State electric vehicle rebates on the purchase of a used Chevy Bolt. Levon was extremely helpful and patient with me-very much appreciated. He processed both rebates at "point-of-sale" saving me lots of money on the purchase of the vehicle! Even though I live 1+ hours away in Western Mass I look forward to working with Mega Motors again!
Levon did a fantastic job at the salesmanship duties. He went over and beyond the call of duty by informing me about the rebates available for hybrid vehicles, and how I could take advantage of those programs. He even helped me with the paperwork unbelievable who does that? John, the finance guy and operations manager did a fantastic job and ensuring that my car was properly inspected and everything was working before it was delivered to me.
