Best car buying experience ever!!! I came in with the specific plan of stacking Federal and State electric vehicle rebates on the purchase of a used Chevy Bolt. Levon was extremely helpful and patient with me-very much appreciated. He processed both rebates at "point-of-sale" saving me lots of money on the purchase of the vehicle! Even though I live 1+ hours away in Western Mass I look forward to working with Mega Motors again!
Levon did a fantastic job at the salesmanship duties. He went over and beyond the call of duty by informing me about the rebates available for hybrid vehicles, and how I could take advantage of those programs. He even helped me with the paperwork unbelievable who does that? John, the finance guy and operations manager did a fantastic job and ensuring that my car was properly inspected and everything was working before it was delivered to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not get a car here. Pay a couple thousand more and go thru a reputable dealer. This junk car lot picks up beaters from auction and slaps cosmetic repairs on them. They then sell their ticking time bombs waiting for something to go wrong for whoever purchases the cars. We got a car from them and they could not even put a sandwich down when we walked in. Made extremely uncomfortable. Watch out for their predatory business tactics!!! Please BEWARE
