The work done was fine but the service was terrible. I arrived at 8 am for my appointment at 8:15. Normal waiting time to get a navette to my house. The person calling a man name instead of mine because someone wrote it wrong. 3pm, still no news when they will pick me from my house to get my car. I call and the answer is «we don’t know». À la demande du concessionnaire, je partage mon avis sur mon dernier rendez-vous au service. J’ai eu mon rendez-vous de service le 13 novembre à 8h pour mon Kia Niro EV 2025. Le rendez-vous incluait deux items : mon premier entretien annuel pour véhicule électrique ainsi que l’installation de mes pneus d’hiver non jantés.
