We went here to look at a new home. Met Jamie Baker and had a friend at first words. He was very nice and did whatever it took to help us find the home we were looking for. Unfortunately the deal had to be cancelled but Jamie was very understanding and not at all pushy when we had to back out. Going to wait about six months and go back. Will absolutely buy from here.
Our process with Mega started great. Resa worked with us every step of the way... recommending contractors and genuinely trying to help us because our driveway in some areas is a sponge and was a nightmare to get ready for the home. Open line of communication... until the home was delivered. Once delivered and inside it was not the colors we ordered, but we decided to be okay with it (although i can't wait to get rid of it) .
