On Friday, October 24, I had an appointment at 3:00 p.m. and ended up waiting for 1 hour and 25 minutes before seeing Dr. Bai. The reason was that the receptionist led me to the wrong room, where I waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. What made me even more upset was that the receptionist showed no apology afterward. Dr. Lewi’s expertise has greatly improved my health, and Joy’s warmth and attentiveness make the whole experience outstanding. Dr Lewi is very professional but the other doctors and the receptionist are really rude.
