I had my entire home done by Mega Floors, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Mark provided quick and accurate quotes, explained all the flooring options clearly, and helped me fully understand what would suit my space best. Very rude customer service
Worst customer service this guy had no respect towards a female customer , telling her you have 2 hands you can carry the rug to car we don’t provide that service , yeah someone might have 2 hands to carry but what if someone has shoulder injury . And then telling her to get out of the store and threw the deposit money on counter and said enjoy , worst customer service he has no respect towards customers, no humanity he needs to learn customer service manner , please don’t buy it off him do your research there is other cheap... read more
