Worst customer service this guy had no respect towards a female customer , telling her you have 2 hands you can carry the rug to car we don’t provide that service , yeah someone might have 2 hands to carry but what if someone has shoulder injury . And then telling her to get out of the store and threw the deposit money on counter and said enjoy , worst customer service he has no respect towards customers, no humanity he needs to learn customer service manner , please don’t buy it off him do your research there is other cheap... read more

Very professional. Quick. To the point. They don't waste time and offer a good price and service straight away and get the job done by the time it's needed to be done. Highly recommend. Mark was fantastic in the store very knowledgeable and helpful in selection of material and all the processes involved with the service.
