The business should be ashamed of themselves. I went in a few months ago and the employees were mostly NOT wearing masks. So I gave them a pass that time. Then I go in again today and once again, very few employees wearing masks. So as one person who appeared to be a manager pointed me to the service department, I asked him if it is a policy to wear masks while in the store? He simply replied, "isn't that over?" Mega cycle associate used shady business tactics and deliberately lied to me on several occasions about a used bicycle. Wasted my time and resources to try and make a deal happen and they failed to deliver by simply failing to just keep their word.

Spent over $1,000 there on a bike and accessories yesterday. Salesman was very nice. However rode bike for 13 miles and had a flat tire this morning. I know u can get a flat at any time, but there was no evidence of anything in the tire, nor was there any sharpe object pointed out to me when I brought bike back today. They didn’t charge me labor but they did for the tube....not very customer friendly. Wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend them to my friends who are also purchasing bikes now.
We had the BEST customer service!! They were able to find my son the perfect unicycle and have it in the store the next day! I would definitely recommend this store for all your bicycle needs!
I have been buying and servicing my bikes there since the early 2000s. They will take good care of you like they have me!
