Not Here to bash on the company just wanted to share my personal experience, I booked a load with someone named "alex" at 7AM and they said the load was basically mine While i was filling out the set up packet alex called me back at 8AM saying sorry i took a lunch and while i was taking a lunch someone else booked the load i mean who takes lunches at 8AM and Why Lie? very disapointing very hard to reach them at the office they keep transfering you to each other
