Elson came to my home, quoted the job and wrote out the contract for $8500 including ALL MATERIAL to remove 4 walls of drywall 3/4 the way up on each wall, replace with new drywall, new baseboards, and paint the 4 rooms. He asked for a $3400 deposit which I paid him via Zelle to his other company/name “Ms & Mr.Construction” He draws contracts with 1 name and does work in the other I suppose.
