not open at advertised time.....I wasted time and gas to drive 20 minutes out of my way to possibly lose my job because they can't arrive on their advertised time. SMH I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE ONE

I’ve never had an issue with this place, I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve never had a package go missing or arrive late when shipping through here. I haven’t used the laundromat services yet, but I doubt that it’s as bad as these reviews state. Many of them seem very bias because the laundromat wasn’t opened during parts of the COVID pandemic, which- come ON, it’s a small business that relies on one man. ONE MAN. Cut him some slack! This company decides to close its doors as a NON ESSENTIAL BUSINESS, but they provide postal services?!?!? I can see my packages inside their store but they could care less! You can’t provide postal services and consider yourself non essential!!

Unorganized. That place is a mess. Can't find your packages. They have packages everywhere. Even I the front for all the customers to see your info.
