I booked a detailing appointment online with Mega Car Wash for 6 PM, and when I showed up, they told me I didn’t have an appointment even though I clearly booked it! Then they said they had a water problem and couldn’t do the wash. The place closes at 7, so they easily could’ve called or texted me to let me know before I came all the way there. Super unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
Worst service ever. I don’t know what happened with the management but it’s not the same. I used to go there and had no complaints. I went this week (ago 2025) and my car is full of marks and not clean at all. I had to clean myself because event the windows were horrible. I don’t recommend washing your car at this place.
Worst car wash ever. Don't waste your time coming here, it's my first and last time. I drive 30 minutes to come here and was very disappointed in every service done.
