My oven stopped working and called to Mega Appliance. They came the first day just to take a picture of my oven's reference number and charged me 81$. They made an appointment to come and fix it and after confirming the appointment they didn't Show up. I had to call them many times and finally a technician showed up with the wrong piece. He promised me he would come the following day with his supervisor and still waiting for them. They made me loose time and money.
They came within an hour after I called and did a proficient job. Our garbage disposer is operating optimally again because of them.
