Terrible service, unprofessional, didnt complete work
DON' USE THIS COMPANY!!! Showed up an hour and half late. 8pm looked at my stove-top for 10 min. did not have any tools to open stove nor parts. Charged me 75$ (cashed that night) Said he would call first thing in the morning with the price to fix - never called. Then my husband called and they told him it would be 2900.00 to repair my stove-top. Then they said they would double check that info and never got back to us. Had an appointment on 10/21/19 between 1-4 pm ! Never showed up or called! I called at 4:30 to ask, the phone attendant said after being on hold 5 minutes, sorry he will be there be 5:30 pm! At 5:45 NO SHOW again and the attendant again placed me on hold and expressed at least another 45 minutes! I questioned her and she was silent! A little bit of spring cleaning broke my garbage disposer, and so I had called for their appliance repair services. Their technician was helpful with my every question and efficient with his every movement. The clog was gone, and the disposer was fixed before I knew it.
