Had them repair a gas dryer belt. When I contacted them I sent them the model number of the dryer & the # for the belt. Were supposed to come on a Wednesday - called & changed appt to Friday. Then they tried to change the appt AGAIN. Repair technician was pleasant but showed up with NO BELT. He had to order it. Said he would come on Monday. Office called - I asked to speak to Mgr.
