The technician arrived on schedule and did an excellent job of fixing our microwave.
Came out quickly but didn’t repair anything. Limited knowledge of possible solutions to the problem. Charged $125 and nothing was fixed. Very disappointing and now we still need to find someone to fix the issue.
I told this company about my dryer issue, and their technician came here on the same day. He talked to me nicely and got to work right away. He found out why the dryer was not drying at all. I admire him for being efficient in handling the repair.
Website says they service any brand. But when I called they said they didn't service mine. Waste of time.
