If I could give them NO STARS, I would. Absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. My landlord purchased a replacement refrigerator from them, which they delivered this past Saturday (missing pieces). It does not work. They are not open on Sunday, so first thing Monday we let them know. They refuse to do anything about it until tomorrow, Tuesday, which leaves us without a working refrigerator for five days.
