Couldn't find anyone who spoke enough English to understand that I wanted to pay for an extra tube of my compound cream out of pocket. Anyone who answers their phone is in Russia, apparently. Really shitty. Also, it takes DAYS after your Dr calls in a script before they fill it.
Terrible customer service, the reps do not know how to do anything and when you mask for a supervisor they say there is no one. the only thing they do well is charge your credit card. they say they are going to cll you back and they do not. there must be another pharmacy that can provide the same services they do.
Absolutely horrible. Dermatologist sent my prescription- they don’t have all the ingredients so use what they think is an alternative without any communication with me. Ended up trying 2 different compounds thinking my dermatologist was wrong when it was this awful place and only realized this after having to speak to an actual pharmacist on the team and conferencing them with my dermatologist. Go to skinmedicinals.com instead
