After waiting at least 24 hours for them to call you. Next You pay for a special medicine. There is no delivery. You would then have to wait 2 to 3 days mail days for United Postal Service to deliver it to you. Expect to be in pain if you use them.
Please be aware of this scamming company. They sent and charged me for a reoccurring medicine I did not want, need nor oder (after the first dosage). I talked to so many people asking to send back the UNORDERED meds and to be refunded. They refused. This pharmacy truly uses unconscionable and immoral tactics.
Couldn't find anyone who spoke enough English to understand that I wanted to pay for an extra tube of my compound cream out of pocket. Anyone who answers their phone is in Russia, apparently. Really shitty. Also, it takes DAYS after your Dr calls in a script before they fill it.
Terrible customer service, the reps do not know how to do anything and when you mask for a supervisor they say there is no one. the only thing they do well is charge your credit card. they say they are going to cll you back and they do not. there must be another pharmacy that can provide the same services they do.
