Meg is a wonderful psychologist and person overall, very perceptive, non-judgemental, helpful and you can tell she genuinely cares. If you're looking for someone empathetic who will help you not only process it but also navigate the very real challenges of living with trauma, I really recommend her. She will also gently help you to see things and be real with you so you can break free of patterns.
