I can’t say enough good things about this med spa! Meg is absolutely incredible with Dysport and filler—she has such an artistic eye and always makes me look refreshed and natural. Katie is just as amazing for laser hair removal and tattoo removal—she’s professional, gentle, and makes every treatment so comfortable. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Every visit feels like self-care done right. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face or my skin!
I love Meg & Co! Kind, caring, and honest providers. Vanessa has been removing a tattoo and after two sessions it’s almost gone! Space is kept clean and appointments are easy to make either online or by calling. My favorite receptionist is Bri - she is patient and pays careful attention to detail. I have to be honest, I was expecting a Falmouth practice to have “Falmouth pricing” but pricing is reasonable and right in line with other practices. They also work with alle! Thank you for providing this service to the community!

Meg is a skilled clinician and a such a friendly, kind person. I have appreciated her gentle touch and that she does just enough! It’s a spotless, welcoming environment and I love that it’s super convenient with easy parking.
I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Meg & Co! I’ve seen Audrey, and she is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach, which I truly appreciate. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered such helpful insights. She’s also so kind and easy to talk to. I’ve also seen Vanessa for the Diamond Glow facial, and it was hands-down the best facial I’ve ever had. I trusted her lead completely, and my skin has never felt better leaving a treatment.
