This is easily the best med spa in the greater Portland area! I started getting Botox with Meg about three years ago, I am 34 years old and I am frequently asked if I’m in my mid 20s… The staff at Meg & Co. are so kind and professional. Meg, the business owner is a registered nurse and I always feel like I’m being taken care of with medical safety as the number one priority. This facility has great parking is next to nice food and coffee options and is really beautiful on the inside. Highly recommend!

I love Meg & Co! Kind, caring, and honest providers. Vanessa has been removing a tattoo and after two sessions it’s almost gone! Space is kept clean and appointments are easy to make either online or by calling. My favorite receptionist is Bri - she is patient and pays careful attention to detail. I have to be honest, I was expecting a Falmouth practice to have “Falmouth pricing” but pricing is reasonable and right in line with other practices. They also work with alle! Thank you for providing this service to the community!
I can’t say enough good things about this med spa! Meg is absolutely incredible with Dysport and filler—she has such an artistic eye and always makes me look refreshed and natural. Katie is just as amazing for laser hair removal and tattoo removal—she’s professional, gentle, and makes every treatment so comfortable. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and truly makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Every visit feels like self-care done right. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face or my skin!
