Top notch equipment with top notch coaching. Greg goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is getting what they need out of his classes. Welcoming challenging, and never boring. Highly recommended!
I love ME Fit Gym. The instructor is very encouraging and helpful to improve strength and technique. It's a great atmosphere and motivation to get strong and healthy. The instructor and clients are so kind.
Great small classes with gym owner Greg. Nice space, beautiful equipment and a great, friendly vibe. I’m concentrating on strength training to build muscle & flexibility after a couple of injuries and dealing with osteoporosis. Greg is wonderful and supportive while giving me options while I heal. Highly recommend!
Great clean gym with good people. Positive energy and Greg was fantastic as a trainer. 10/10 would sweat here again!
