Its as hard to find a good mechanic(s) as it is a doctor these days. So many times Ive had service stations tell me my vehicle required service I KNEW it didnt need. Or theyve done work I didnt authorize. Dale and the crew at Mefferts I have used for nearly all auto work for over ten years. Most of the crew remains the same people, which says something. Ive had my vehicle to Mefferts for all of the work Ive needed. They continually impress me with their honesty and the speed with which they get the work done. I had a car in for brakes most recently and they called to tell me that the brakes werent necessary yet, saving me an unneeded cost. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Ive been going to Mefferts for years and have never had a single problem with their products or customer service. Unless an emergency, I would not take my vehicle anywhere else. I trust the people who work on my vehicles, knowing its being done right. My daughter takes her vehicle there and Ive sent many others to Mefferts. Even though its no longer convenient for me to get there (because I moved) I still make the trip to Waunakee. Thats how good these folks are! I very strongly recommend this business.
