Updating my words because according to them I am receiving a refund. They did send proof so we will see. Truthful part of my review the door was locked upon arriving. We were let in and the girl who let us in said if we had called first and I said no because I just booked and prepaid online didn’t think it’d be an issue as most places have the online appointment option.
