So far nothing but very good experiences. I am happy with the two doctors who have been helping me
I have had a very negative experience with Dr. Gabriella Kovi. She has never responded to my patient portal messages or returned my phone calls, which has made it difficult to get necessary support and information. She is also unwilling to fill out any paperwork I request, making the process even more frustrating. During appointments, she talks down to me and is dismissive of my concerns, which makes me feel unheard and disrespected. Originally I did have my apt for 1:45 They call me at 10:30 to tell me me they have a cancellation so they can take me at 12.. Still waiting this is just no respect on anybody schedule. This is terrible.
Worst receptionist staff ever! Their newest gastroenterologist Dr. Martinez Tapia is the laziest rude doctor I have ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
