We had such a great stay at this little gem of a hotel! As an architectural designer, I appreciate a beautiful building like this that has been thoughtfully designed and comfortable. They have free bikes available to use - and bonus - the hotel is very close to the W&OD Trail! We borrowed the bikes and had a wonderful ride all the way out to Purcellville. Very nice area. Clean hotel. Plenty of restaurants around. They have no real front desk, so you have to give a call to them for check in, and someone gets you in the building. We reserved the room through Priceline, and it was saying "free breakfast" at that location. Their "free breakfast" is one muffin per room (yes, per room) and coffee, which is ridiculous. If I could give this unique, wonderful hotel 10 stars, I would! Cozy, clean, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. Staff is great, warm, attentive, and clearly care about guests —they’ve thought of just about everything to make our stay genuinely comfortable and easy. And a free amenity kit in a very cute reusable cloth bag was a welcome surprise!! There’s a yummy bakery cafe in the hotel, with wonderful food which I enjoyed more than once!! We had a wonderful stay at Meeting House! The staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the convenient location, free parking, and the great food and atmosphere at Godfrey’s next door. A charming boutique hotel with outstanding service—we would definitely stay again!
I feel like this hotel is a little bit of a mixed bag - it seems more like a 3-star hotel overall. Starting with the positive, the location is terrific with ample parking. The front desk attendants were welcoming and helpful. The cookie upon arrival was delicious and we liked having the charming restaurant downstairs. The bottled water daily was nice.
