Falls Church is a great part of town and there were plenty of stores and eateries near the hotel. I had a meeting in Tysons and stayed here which was just a hop away. The hotel is fabulous. The small lobby, feels very exclusive. Fresh hot tea was available all day in the lobby which was amazing since it was pretty cold and rainy out. My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a few days, and overall, we had a good experience, especially considering the cost. The room was very clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including a cookie upon arrival and a bottle of water in the room. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea available in the lobby during the evening, which was a nice touch. There were a few areas that could be improved. We had such a great stay at this little gem of a hotel! As an architectural designer, I appreciate a beautiful building like this that has been thoughtfully designed and comfortable. They have free bikes available to use - and bonus - the hotel is very close to the W&OD Trail! We borrowed the bikes and had a wonderful ride all the way out to Purcellville. Very nice area. Clean hotel. Plenty of restaurants around. They have no real front desk, so you have to give a call to them for check in, and someone gets you in the building. We reserved the room through Priceline, and it was saying "free breakfast" at that location. Their "free breakfast" is one muffin per room (yes, per room) and coffee, which is ridiculous. Edit: I dropped it from 3 to 2 stars because they did text my cell (not an email) in the midnight regarding my review. That is unprofessional and unacceptable when we... read more
