Just can't say enough good things about the work Tom, Ely and Jake did on my solar/ lithium battery upgrade to my Outdoors RV travel trailer. This process for me started almost a year prior to the actual install and throughout the entire time they were always quick to respond to questions and changes regarding my needs. I have a 2023 24RKS Outdoors RV here in FL adding off grid in stages. I'm ready for the next increment. I'm deeply disappointed that after all the times I've given thumbs up on their videos, that they are not the helpful people their videos and how Thompson RV represents them with their joint videos...helpful, expert, etc. I sent them an email requesting info about the rails they used in a video with the Rich 335watt panels. Once in a while you meet someone who knows their business. Tom designed and installed a first rate Solar and Lithium system in our Outddor RV. The experience was outstanding start to finish.
