NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE! I used to go here very often, until they changed management this past year and is no longer the same place. The 5 star reviews this place has are for the ORIGINAL BUSINESS. The workers themselves that give massages always do a wonderful job (the 2 stars I did give are for them), but I have issues with the front desk girl. I visited recently and was really disappointed by the front desk experience. The person working up front was rude, impatient, and acted like basic questions were an inconvenience. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, they came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It left a bad impression before the service even started. A massage place should feel calm and comfortable, but the attitude at the front desk made the whole visit stressful. I would not recommend this place unless they improve their customer service.

Do NOT support this business and their dishonest practices. I purchased a prepaid stamp card from them. After the business changed owners but kept the same business name, they refused to honor it. In California, prepaid gift certificates/cards generally cannot just be treated as worthless because a business changes ownership; they are supposed to remain valid, be honored, or be replaced/refunded depending on the situation. I had a wonderful experience here as I got the combo massage (30 min body and 30 min foot) . The staff was professional, attentive, and very welcoming. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the service; the treatment was thorough and incredibly relaxing. One of the best parts is the pricing—it is very reasonable for the high level of care you receive. The facility is clean and comfortable, making it the perfect local spot to unwind. Plenty of parking as it shares it with the Hawaii Supermarket. I plan to go back.
