Do NOT use this company, shipped brand new iPhone and guess what somehow disappeared, they say can't track it. You get what you pay for, sometime cheap does not mean it is good. I had bad feeling about this from beginning when agent (it is how they call it, it is only lady who works at the store not trained) rolled her eyes when I asked if can send parcel, then she did not have any idea how to create shipping order and needed to call someone to guide her, did not know how to put insurance for full value even I was told by cu... read more

З Реджайни відправляла посилку в Польщу для свого племінника, який там навчається. Поклала канадські смаколики, кілька книжок і светр. Дуже зручно, що у відділенні на Victoria Ave все можна зробити швидко й без зайвих питань. Племінник отримав коробку якраз перед сесією і сказав, що це був найкращий "моральний підйом". Я вдячна, що сервіс працює так чітко.

I sent a package from Regina, at the Victoria Ave office, to my parents in Ukraine. The box had Canadian chocolates, vitamins and a warm blanket. The process was smooth and the staff were very kind, making sure everything was packed properly. When my parents received it, they called me with big smiles, saying it felt like I had just sent them a hug across the ocean. That is exactly why I will keep using this service.

Вперше відправляла посилку з Реджайни додому в Тернопіль через Meest. У коробку склала теплі речі для мами, солодощі та трохи косметики для сестри. Дуже хвилювалася, щоб усе дійшло цілим. У відділенні на Victoria Ave мені все терпляче пояснили, допомогли запакувати. Посилка приїхала швидко, і мама подзвонила з таким щасливим голосом)))

Yes, it's cheap compared to big courier companies out there. But the services are poor. I gave them my package in the first week of June and their portal shows my package has been delivered on 10th July, but it is NOT. I am constantly trying to get answers from them since, forever but all they keep on saying is they are checking. This is the worst service possible and i would really not recommend this to anyone.
