This is a terrible branch! I came twice with a heavy parcel. The first time they simply told me that they couldn't accept my parcel for some reason today and I need to came on Friday of the same week. I came a week later and they told me that they couldn't accept my parcel again because an employee was sick. It's been almost a week and a half... I'm wasting my time, energy, and money on travel and, as a result, I can't send my parcel. I'll never come to this branch again!
