☆☆☆☆ My experience with Meest has been extremely disappointing. I sent a parcel from Canada to my dad in the UK after being told the delivery would take approximately 3 weeks. It has now been over 6 weeks, and the parcel still hasn’t been delivered. The most frustrating part has been dealing with customer support. Every time I contact them, I’m simply told there’s nothing they can do and that I just have to wait. I don’t recommend sending parcels through them because delivery is usually late. The address details change, and at the time of delivery they ask for extra money after re-measuring the box. When the parcel doesn’t arrive on time, they say they had already informed that it would take one month. So it’s better not to send parcels through Meest (any Ontario branch and also behave of staff is very clever and rude
Very bad experience i will not recommend this location. They never treat nicely to their customers
